After 2 years of restricted events

Brookwood October 2021 was fantastic. What a triumph after 2 years of restricted events due to Covid, to have so many people back together once more.

Thank you to all those who travelled through awful weather, and had to contend with diversions and travel delays. You all deserve a medal just getting there.

Even better the pouring rain and howling wind stopped at noon and we had some sunshine until the last words of the ceremony, when the rain came again. We were very blessed.

Thanks to everyone who came. Our veteran’s would be amazed to see all the ‘fuss’, but we know they are so worth it.
