Today I spent 3 hours giving the plot at Brookwood Cemetery a good tidy up after all the recent storms. So many twigs, branches and pines cones scattered across the plot on my arrival. Definitely a health and safety hazard for anyone walking about there.
Half way through I was joined by three little ‘helpers’ who were keen to clean up any bugs and grubs I may have left behind after all the raking. Absolute joy to watch them flying between the headstones and the ground, in the sunshine.
I also cleaned Marina Pauliny’s grave. Thought it was the least we could do after her recent award from the Slovak President
. We want her looking smart for all the people who will now sure flock to pay their respects.Sending all our MAFCSV friends greetings from Brookwood.
